Soy Energy Board Updates
The results from the 2008 Annual Meeting, on the proposal to change our business plan and plant design to utilize BEST Energies, Inc as our technology provider and design-builder, are official. The proposal was passed with a total of 25,823 voting for the proposal and 1,360 voting against the proposal.A summary of the 2008 Annual Meeting is posted inthe June 2008 Newsletter (see selection on the left).
